These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at https://joinkwovr.com (the “Service”), which is operated by M-Profit ,Inc DBA Keller Williams Ohio Valley Region (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Keller Williams Ohio Valley Region manages the Keller Williams brokerages in southern Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana, overseeing their growth efforts.
We send marketing text messages to opted-in users about your interest in a career in real estate, potential special offers or discounts, and resources related to being a real estate agent and non-marketing text messages to opted-in users about appointment requests and reminders. Consent is obtained through customer-initiated sign-ups that clearly disclose messaging intent and opt-out instructions.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 937-510-9589. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, please reach out to [email protected] and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive one or two messages per week on average. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

The arbitration will take place in the city and state where the Keller Williams market center affiliated with M-Profit ,Inc is located, unless the parties agree to a different location.
You agree to waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in any class action or representative proceeding.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the Keller Williams market center affiliated with M-Profit ,Inc is located, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
If a legal dispute arises and is not resolved through arbitration, the exclusive venue for any legal proceeding shall be in the state or federal courts located in the same state and jurisdiction as the M-Profit ,Inc market center.
